Seranta Awam Atas Talian Bil 3/2025 - Amendment to the Food Act 1983:
The proposed amendments include:- Adding “low lactose” and “lactose-free” claims to Schedule V-A of the Food Regulations 1985.
- Incorporating the claim that “Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system” into Schedule V-A of the Food Regulations 1985.
- Introducing the claim of the functional benefits of Lactobacillus rhamnosus (LGG) in Schedule V-A of the Food Regulations 1985.
- Including new nutrients such as 3’-SL, 6’-SL, LNT, 2’-FL, and DFL in Schedule 21, Schedule 21A, and Schedule 16AA of the Food Regulations 1985.

Seranta Awam Atas Talian Bil 2/2025 - Amendment to the Food Act 1983:
The proposed amendments include:- Updating Schedule XII-A of the Food Regulations 1985.
- Changes to regulations for sweeteners, cocoa, and cocoa products under the Food Regulations 1985.
- Revisions to regulations concerning packaged water, dairy products, and other categories under the Food Regulations 1985.
- Amendments to the 2011 Food Irradiation Regulations and the 2016 Food Analysis Fees Regulations.

Seranta Awam Atas Talian Bil 1/2025 - Amendment to the Food Act 1983:
The proposed amendments include:- Revisions to Schedule XVI of the Food Regulations 1985.
- New regulations under Regulation 3B of the Food Safety Assurance Program for Imported Foods under Part IIB of the Food Regulations 1985.
- Updates to the 2009 Food Hygiene Regulations and the 2017 Food Offenses (Compounding) Regulations.
Deadline for Feedback: March 6, 2025.
