Recently, the Ministry of Health and Welfare issued a notice, announcing the draft revision of the “Testing Methods for Veterinary Drug Residues in Food – Multi-Residue Analysis of Antibiotics and Their Metabolites.”
This revision is processed in accordance with Article 151, Paragraph 2, in conjunction with Article 154, Paragraph 1 of the Administrative Procedure Act, and Article 38 of the Food Safety and Hygiene Management Act. The responsible authority for the revision is the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
The general description of the draft revision of the “Testing Methods for Veterinary Drug Residues in Food – Multi-Residue Analysis of Antibiotics and Their Metabolites” as well as a comparison table of the draft revision are provided in the attachment.
