Notice on the Second Session of the Food Safety Standard Lecture Series

To all relevant organizations, industry associations, and food enterprises:
In order to implement the requirement of the “most stringent standards,” further strengthen the full-chain management and service capability of food safety standards, and promote better awareness, understanding, and application of standards among users, our division will jointly organize a series of training and Q&A sessions titled the “Food Safety Standard Lecture Series” together with the China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment.
The relevant arrangements for the second session are hereby notified as follows:
1. Training Content
- National Food Safety Standard: General Principles for Nutrition Labeling of Prepackaged Foods (GB 28050)
- National Food Safety Standard: General Principles for Foods for Special Medical Purposes (GB 29922)
2. Training Time
June 25, 2026 (Thursday)
09:30–11:30 (Beijing Time)
3. Target Participants
- Personnel from food safety regulatory authorities
- Personnel from food professional technical institutions
- Personnel from industry associations
- Personnel from food manufacturing enterprises
- Other individuals concerned with food safety standards
4. Training Format
The lecture will be conducted online, including interpretation of key standard provisions and live Q&A sessions.
