China National Health Commission Organizes Health Food-Related Standards Online Interpretation Session

To all relevant organizations, industry associations, and food enterprises:

In order to implement the requirement of establishing “the most rigorous standards,” further promote the full-chain management and service capacity enhancement of food safety standards, and effectively help standard users understand, learn, and properly apply standards, the Food Safety Standards Division of the National Health Commission (NHC), after review and consideration, will jointly organize the “Food Safety Standards Lecture Series” training and Q&A activities with the National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment (CFSA).

The relevant arrangements for the Fourth Session of the Food Safety Standards Lecture Series (hereinafter referred to as the “Lecture Series”) are as follows:

I. Training Topic

Interpretation of standards related to health foods.

II. Training Time

09:00–12:00, Tuesday, August 18, 2026

III. Target Participants

  1. Relevant personnel from food safety regulatory authorities;
  2. Relevant personnel from food professional technical institutions;
  3. Relevant personnel from food industry associations;
  4. Relevant personnel from food production enterprises;
  5. Other personnel with a need for understanding and applying food safety standards.

IV. Training Format

The Lecture Series will be conducted online and will include key explanations of relevant standards as well as live Q&A sessions.

V. Other Matters
